It has come to my attention that you recently joined the many of us here at Brawl and I wish to ask you a favor!

It's well known that you are the best prosecutor there is and I seek your aid in prosecuting a known terrorist and leader of the rebel faction, Katsura Kotarou!

Not only that, but he has slandered my name at every turn!

I'll do whatever I can to pay you. and do whatever I can in order to aid in bringing him to justice!

I also know that you are a great fan of tea.  I am prepared to supply with the best tea I can afford upon request!

What are his targets? His methods? Does he work alone or is he part of a larger organization? Does he receive outside funding? Is he a domestic terrorist or is he internationally wanted? And lastly, are there any other aliases he goes by?

He targets the government, he is the leader of a nationalist faction known as the Joui, I think he does odd jobs for money...either that or he's a total mooch, I'm pretty sure it's domestic...maybe interplanetary though...and he has a lot of disguises and the only alias I know is "Zura."

Probably not. Like I said...he likes to think he's a master of disguise.

I'll do what I can but I don't know too much about him.

His organization's purpose is to drive the Amanto out of Japan. He's an extreme nationalist who want to bring Japan back under samurai control.

Well, there are people around the country who don't like the Amanto, and I'm sure there are other organizations that aim for a similar goal.

Not really. Then again, most of Katsura-san's antics don't get that much air time.
